The U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee says the terrorist attack on Americans in Libya could have been prevented.

September 11th, 2012, the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was attacked and burned.

Four Americans were killed, including an ambassador named Chris Stevens.
