France's president is again calling for reforms in Lebanon. Emmanuel Macron visited Beirut for the second time since a massive explosion battered the capital weeks ago. Nearly 200 people were killed, thousands were hurt. It was the latest blow to Lebanon as it faces economic collapse. The disaster is estimated to have cost more than 8 billion dollars. Macron hopes to mobilize international aid. As he met with former Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Lebanese officials announced the appointment of Mustafa Adib as the new prime minister designate.
