One of the team members caught you smoking in the conference room. You know you are only allowed to smoke in the designated smoking area. Yes, I am aware of that, but it is unfair to smokers since we work on the 17th floor and the smoking area is all the way down on the first floor right next to the parking lot. Well, as you know, this company is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for employees. Second-hand smoke is supposed to be worse for you than smoking. You have a point. Also, I've been trying to quit smoking for quite some time.
