On the one hand, technology and trade have boosted performance and made our products more ubiquitous. On the other hand, the advent of technology has brought us head-to-head with so many companies globally. Sure, technology in production, communication, and design has become swift and nimble. We can turn out a new product twice as fast as before. Yep, using technology is surely a no-brainer, but we need to make sure that we always have new ideas on the horizon. Plus, we should always be on guard against becoming complacent. That's right. Not checking our weak spots could lead to big problems.
