So to capitalise on the opportunity, we should assign a task force to study how to best approach a partnership what terms and agreements we want, and what incentives we can offer. As we enter new markets, it is more important than ever to make our products intuitive, so that people across cultures find them natural to use. Our CEO always preaches about first mover advantage.
