Snowden arrived in Moscow Sunday. Meanwhile, the U.S. says it's annulled Snowden's passport. Authorities say a colossal wildfire in southern Colorado continues to be driven by winds and fueled by dead trees in a drought-stricken area. Officials said the fire burning near South Fork is the largest the region has seen. Secretary of State John Kerry is urging India to work with the United States on global warming before it's too late. Kerry's remarks came two days before President Barack Obama is to unveil his plan for the U.S. on the issue. And a panda in China has given birth to twins, the first of the endangered animal born anywhere in the world this year. They were born ten minutes apart Saturday.
