The same day, Dr. Conrad Murray appealed his conviction of Jackson's involuntary manslaughter, claiming there were multiple legal errors at his trial. Murray's lawyer says there's insufficient proof that Jackson died of an overdose of drugs administered by the doctor. PSY continues to set records on YouTube. The South Korean pop star's new single "Gentleman," received a record 38 million views in a single day and by Monday had over 200 million hits. PSY's "Gangnam Style" is YouTube's most-viewed video with 1.5 billion. Khloe Kardashian is out of "The X Factor." According to Fox, she won't be joining Mario Lopez to host the third season of the music competition. Judges Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato are returning, but Britney Spears and L.A.
