Ouyang Yujing says the Chinese government will maintain its commitment toward peaceful development as its guideline in negotiations. Russian President Vladimir Putin has met with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi in Moscow. The two have issued the standard promise of further promoting bilateral ties.
