They're making an announcement Thursday about the merger which comes in the midst of financial troubles for American. Oscar Pistorius is under arrest after a woman was shot dead at his home in South Africa. Police say they went to the Olympic runner's home in Pretoria early Thursday. Officers found a nine-millimeter pistol and took the 26-year-old Pistorius into custody. President Barack Obama is traveling to Georgia to push his plans to expand early childhood education programs. Education Secretary Arne Duncan says some students already in Head Start classrooms could be kicked out if law-makers don't avert $85 billion in automatic budget cuts. North Korea staged a massive flower festival just two days after it carried out its third nuclear test to international condemnation. The festival marks the birth of the late leader Kim Jong Il born February 16th. Models of North Korean rockets also decorated the flower displays.
