China's issued a white paper on the country's medical and health services. The paper says the reform and advancement of health care in both urban and rural areas is continuing to take shape. The paper explains that every resident has access to safe, effective, convenient and affordable services. It also reveals that the health of Chinese people is now among the top in developing countries with an overall life expectancy of 74.8 years in 2010. For men the average age is 72 years and 77 years for women. Japan's new Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga has just announced members of the governments new cabinet, led by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Former Prime Minister Taro Aso takes the posts of vice prime minister, financial minister and financial services minister. Former President of the Liberal Democratic Party Tanigaki Sadakazu has been appointed as the new justice minister.
