This is AP News Minute. The bodies of two young boys killed in last week's school shootings have been taken to their resting places. They are among 20 children who were killed in their school Friday along with six adults. The gunman also killed his mother and himself. The White House says curbing gun violence is a complex problem that will require a "comprehensive solution." That includes addressing gun control measures. The spokesman Jay Carney says no single piece of legislation or single action will fully address the problem. South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley has picked Congressman Tim Scott to be the state's next U.S. senator. Scott takes over for Jim DeMint, who's leaving to head a conservative thinktank in Washington. And some residents in Ecuador are being advised to evacuate after an increase in volcanic activity.
