This is AP News Minute. New details are emerging in Friday's school massacre in Connecticut. Police have revealed that Adam Lanza shot his mother at home multiple times before heading to the school. The 20-year-old then shot his way into the school where he killed 26, most of them children. Across Newtown Sunday morning, many residents sought comfort in their churches. But one of those churches where some of the victims worshipped had to be evacuated after a phone-in threat. Shaken parishioners rushed from the area but a short time later police gave the "all clear." Hillary Clinton is recovering at home and has canceled all work events for the upcoming week. That after the secretary of state fainted and sustained a concussion while suffering from a stomach virus last week. And more than 4,000 people dressed as Santa Claus took part in a charity race just outside Paris. The aim of the event was to support organizations that help people from the third world.
