The explosion that damaged or destroyed dozens of homes in Indianapolis is now being investigated as a homicide site. The blast killed two people earlier this month. And a fierce storm with heavy rain and powerful winds pounded Washington State and Oregon. The storm is blamed for the death of a hunter in Oregon. A falling tree injured a police officer there.
