It is said that connecting with nature can improve our health.
But with our busy lives and jobs keeping us indoors for much of the day It's hard to get in touch with the nature. We might feel the best places for getting close to nature are scenic spots. These spots can provide us with wonderful experiences. but they might be too expensive or too much time of work. Actually the wonders of nature are just around us. All we need to do is to be aware of them, and let ourselves enjoy them. For example, have we ever awakened early to watch the sunrise? Have we ever stoped to observe the sky?
