十年的时间说长不长，说短不短。

静下心去回想自己十年前的样子，觉得时间真的是在不经意间流逝。

十年，一晃而过。想起十年前的自己还是个不懂得人情世故的小孩，在这十年的时间里，自己慢慢成长，渐渐懂事，懂得孝敬父母，懂得人生中许多难题要靠自己去作出解答，开始学着面对生活与现实。

想象一下，如果现在是十年后，2031年

You will still be you,

except you will have changed.

Think back the 2011 version of you

and I bet you will struggle to recognize that person.

Regardless of whether you are consciously changing

We overestimate what we can achieve in a week

Habits are easy to stick to

but the real change occurs when you try to stick to them for a year.

In 10 years’ time

Don't get stuck in the trap of "sorting things out later"

or thinking that you have tonnes of time.

We are already 60% of the way through 2021

我们已经度过了2021年大部分的时间

and the year will be over before you know it.

Start by improving 1% per day

每天做出1%的改进

and it will compound.

你会有满满的收获

Over a year you will grow

一年之后，你会大大成长

and over 10 years you will create big things.

10年之后，你会有巨大的成就

Time will pass whether you're using it or if you're not.

无论你有没有好好利用时间，时间都会流失

Choose to use your time.
