Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has stressed the need for dialogue between China and the U.S.
中国外交部长王毅强调了中美对话的必要性。
Wang made the remarks in his meeting with the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Washington.
在华盛顿会见美国国务卿安东尼·布林肯时，王毅外长发表了上述讲话。
Wang says "despite disagreements and differences, China and the U.S. share important common interests and face challenges that they need to respond together".
王毅表示，“尽管存在分歧和矛盾，但中美两国也有着重要共同利益，面临着需要共同应对的挑战。”
Wang also called for expanding consensus and conducting mutually beneficial cooperation.
王毅还呼吁要扩大共识，开展互利合作。
The Chinese Foreign Minister is returning Blinken's visit to China in June.
这次华盛顿之行，是中国外长对布林肯国务卿今年6月访华的回访。
"China and the United States need to have dialogue.
“中美双方需要进行对话。
Not only should we resume dialogue, but dialogue should be comprehensive, so that with dialogue we have increased understanding, reduce misunderstanding.
我们不仅应恢复对话，还要全面对话，通过对话增进相互了解，减少误解误判。
constantly seek to expand common ground and pursue cooperation that will benefit both sides
不断寻求扩大共识，开展互利合作，
so that we can stabilize China-U.S. relations and return it to the track of healthy, stable, and sustainable development."
