Some people criticise the zoo for this. They say that it is not normal for animals to play this game. They say that the zoo is doing it just to be special.

1. tug of war:拔河,tug是“拉,拽”的意思。
2. zookeeper:n. 动物园管理员,由zoo(动物园)和keeper(管理人)两个词组合而来,类似的表达还有shop keeper,“店主”;gate keeper,“看门人”;goal keeper,“守门员”等。
3. exercise:n. 运动,锻炼,也有“练习题”的意思。
