We can work on pronunciation in the same way.

You can start out speaking very slowly, as I suggested in the previous video, and then smoothly accelerate your speaking pace.

You can repeat a sentence many times, gradually increasing the speed each time.

As you speed up, you can include elements of fast speech, vowel reductions and contractions.
