"At the beginning of today's meeting, we strongly condemned the terrorist attack at the Kunming Railway station in Yunnan Province on March 1st. We offered our deepest condolences to the victims and their families. We need to firmly crack down on terrorist attacks that challenge the country's laws and human morality, in order to safeguard people's lives and properties, as well as maintain security," he said.
