fed up (adj.) - bored, tired 厌倦
如：I am just a bit fed up.
我只是有点厌倦了。
I'm fed up.
我厌倦了。
proper (adj.) - correct adj. 正当的，正确的，合适的
如：His mother has trained him to be a very proper young man.
他的母亲已经把他训练成循规蹈矩的人。
a couple of (n.) - two 两个，几个
Give the bottle a couple of shakes before pouring the juice.
倒果汁前，先把瓶子摇几下。
capital (n.) - money to invest 资本
take it easy (expression) - be calm 别着急，放轻松
如：Hey, your serve is too fast. Take it easy, okay?
嘿，你的发球太快了，轻松一些好不好？
