President Donald Trump sat down with Russian President Vladimir Putin for the first time as world leaders Friday.The two are in Germany attending the annual G-20 summit.Ahead of their sit-down, a video posted to the German government's Facebook page showed Trump and Putin shaking hands.They posed for a quick photo on Friday before heading into the closed meeting.We look forward to a lot of very positive things happening for Russia and for the United States and for everybody concerned. And it's an honor to be with you.The White House didn't outline an agenda for Trump and Putin's meeting but in a statement earlier this week,the Kremlin said Putin would raise concerns over US sanctions.
