Welcome to this edition of The Stories of Super Geniuses.I'm Susan Wilbur.Today, you're going to hear a story of a great magician.He was born on September 16th, 1956 in New Jersey.He picked up magic at eight and began performing professionally at twelve.By the age of sixteen, he was already teaching magic at New York University.In 1977, he was chosen to host a TV show, The Magic of ABC.The show was a huge success, and made him known to the whole world.He understands his craft more than any other magician before him.He said, "Before there can be wonders, there must be wonder."Where others think, "It can't be done," he always says, "Yes, it can."With this attitude, he never stops amazing people with magic.But the greatest work he thinks he has done is Project Magic.This is a project established in March 1982 to help disabled patients.
