The typical rich family in America now has nearly seven times the wealth of a family in the middle-class.It is the biggest wealth gap in three decades, according to a new analysis by Pew.Using the the latest Fed data, Pew says that the median wealth for high-income families was 639,000 last year.For the middle-class-median wealth stood at 96,000. A number that hasn't changed since 2010.The disparity is even more stark-when the very rich are compared to the very poor.Upper-income families now have a median wealth level-nearly 70 times that of lower-income families.
