After sitting out the bidding for 2020, the U.S. will try again to host the Olympics.Our board voted unanimously today to move forward with a bid from the United States for the 2024 summer Olympic Games.U.S. Olympic Committee Board Chairman Larry Probst.Two-time host Los Angeles is bidding; as are Boston, San Francisco and Washington.But, only one U.S. candidate can be submitted.We have not yet reached a decision on which city we're going to put forward.That decision perhaps next month will determine the city that goes against Rome, a German candidate and maybe Paris.The final choice comes in two-and-a-half years.
