From NPR News in Washington, I'm Jack Speer.?President Obama met with his top health advisor todayas the administration try to contain Ebola virus in the USand help to African nations stop the spread in their countries.NPR's Mara Liasson has more.?President Obama said the US is putting pressure on other large countriesto contribute aid to the western African nations that struggling with the worst outbreak of the disease.In the US, Mr. Obama said the good news is because the disease is not air-born.The chances of outbreak is extremely low, but only if health workers follow the protocols for containment.?If they have the right information and they're following those protocols,then this is something that we're going to be able to make sure does not have the kind of impact here in the United States that a lot of people are worried about.The White House is not considering a travel ban for west Africa,but it's trying to tighten the screening procedures for travelers from that region.Mara Liasson, NPR News, the White House.?In a stunning move, US Supreme Court said today it would stay out of the same sex marriage debate at least for now.?NPR's Nina Totenberg reportsthe court left in place 3 federal appeal court decisions that?struck down state ban on gay marriage.?The court action means same-sex couples will not be able to marry in the 11 states where homosexual union have previously been banned.At those states to the 19 that already allowed gay marriage,and you have 30 states where such unions are legal.At some future point, if another federal appeal court were to oppose the gay marriage ban,
