Bill Munck has filed suit in federal court against the Episcopal School of Dallas, angry over his son Billy's lack of playing time on the lacrosse team. He's also suing the Dallas Lacrosse Academy in an unusual case filed under RICO ― the racketeering act usually used the feds going after mobsters.Munck alleges fraudulent conduct, threats, intimidation, extortion used by coaches to coerce parents into paying to get their kids playing time, with no play for those who don't pay.No comment from the school or academy. But one lacrosse player's mom thinks the suit goes too far:"It's just crazy. Just crazy. It's… All these kids are out here to have fun and play."Dave Anthony, FOX News Radio
