This is AP News Minute.President Barack Obama says about four million people have signed up for health insurance through new healthcare exchanges so far this yearahead of the March 31st deadline.The president is ordering the Pentagon to plan for a full withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan by year's end.The orders come amid a strained relationship with Afghan President Hamid Karzai,who has refused to sign an agreement to keep U.S. forces on the ground beyond 2014.Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has until Saturday to sign or veto a controversial gay rights law.Last week, the state legislature passed a bill that would allow businesses to deny service to homosexuals based on religious convictions.And a California couple strikes it rich after finding a cache of rare gold coins,more than 1,400 of them, buried under a tree in their backyard.
