This is AP News Minute.Philadelphia police say a boy charged with aggravated assault was expected to surrender Saturday in connection with a school shooting Friday.Another boy in custody has not yet been charged, according to police.In the deadliest violence against foreign civilians in Afghanistan since the start of the war nearly 13 years ago,a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a restaurant in Kabul Friday night. The attack killed at least 21 people, including two U.S. citizens.Voters overwhelmingly supported Egypt's military-backed constitution in a two-day election,with 98.1% supporting it, in the first vote since a coup toppled the country's president.The election was seen as key to legitimizing the military-backed interim government.And in Washington, Bao Bao is making her debut at the National Zoo Saturday,the first time the general public is allowed to see the five-month-old panda cub.The zoo has extended its hours this weekend to accommodate the expected crowds.Jill Craig, the Associated Press with AP News Minute.
