AP ShowBiz MinuteAdele will sing the James Bond theme "Skyfall" at the Oscars for her first U.S. performance since last year's Grammy Awards.The singer and producer Paul Epworth are nominated for best original song at the Academy Awards.It'll be the first time Adele will sing "Skyfall" live for an audience.A judge has refused to grant Laurence Fishburne a three-year restraining order against a man who claims he owns the actor's home.Fishburne had a temporary restraining order against Mark Francisco, but the judge didn't think his conduct deserved an extension.Francisco was recently paroled on a cyberstalking case. He allegedly went to the actor's home and threatened to evict the family.Justin Timberlake will appear at his first concert in more than four years, the night before the Super Bowl.He'll perform during "DIRECTV Super Saturday Night," held in New Orleans, February 2.The invitation-only concert will benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.This is Hilary Fox with AP ShowBiz Minute.
