The government says 4 more victims have been found after armed men tried to take over the government Sunday. This brings the number of people killed in the attack to about 10.Much of Abidjan had been shut down Monday, but President Laurent Gbagbo has called for a return to work. However, tension reportedly is rising after officials said a nearby country might have been involved in the overthrow attempt. Armed men took over state radio and television offices in Abidjan Sunday. Troops and police later forced them out. The Defense Minister Lida Kouassi says supporters of opposition leader Alassane Ouattara were among the plotters. Mr. Ouattara's party denies this.
