1. help sb with sth 帮某人做某事
例句：
What can we help you with?
我们能帮你点什么?

2. washing up 洗东西
可以说do the washing up
例句：
I've just got fed up with washing up.
洗盘子我真是洗够了。

3. peel 削；chop 切碎
例句：
Peel the banana and chop it into quarters.
