I think the clubs for mental and physical wellbeing are most important in people's life. Those clubs provide professional advice for people to preserve their health and guide their activities in a proper way. There're many clubs mainly for entertainment, which might not do good for people's health and even bring certain negative effect.
我认为俱乐部活动有助于提高人们的身心健康，这在人们的生活中起着非常重要的作用。这些俱乐部给会员提供专业保健咨询建议，并且以正确的方式给予指导，有很多以娱乐活动主的俱乐部，这并不一定有益于人们的健康，甚至还可能带来一定的负面影响。

The most obvious benefit is that the participants can get professional advice from the experts of the club. Those experts can guide the participants over the activities by enhancing their skills. Besides, the clubs will provide participants proper opportunities to perfect their skills. In addition,the participants can make many friends of the same interest to make life more colorful.
