They are not willing to let go, so they ding on to the stress-induced project or work. Bit by bit, as they are disappointed by the crude reality, they are suffering serious anxiety. Therefore, knowing when to let go is the wisdom of life, which greatly reduces our stress level. Secondly, we should talk to our friends and family members frequently to relieve the stress. Stressed people often feel suffocated and cornered. At this point, if we talk to our friends or family members, the tension will be relieved by talking and sharing. They could also give us some solutions from another perspective.
    In conclusion, to avoid stress, we had better master the wisdom of letting go and share our stress with friends and family members.
