2.Many of the farms are open for visits and even have small cafes where you can buy coffee, waffles and homemade dairy products such as sour cream, freshly churned butter, and delicious cheeses, often served on homemade bread or crispbread. The lush grass makes the milk both healthy and full of flavour.

1.After the introductions we split up into groups and were taken to different classes. The group I was in went to a music class. That singing was probably closer to screaming than music, but I don't blame them. It was clear that they were just that excited to have us there.

2.There were kids everywhere, curious, smiling and hesitant. They grabbed our hands and guided us to the Headmaster. We told him that we would like to offer our school supplies to those kids and learn about the school. Nearly in tears at sight of the gift, he explained that he would hand these out to the children who most needed the supplies. As a thank you for our gift, he let the children have the afternoon off school to play with us.
