Taylor testified that his staff overheard Trump asking about the investigations he wanted Ukraine to pursue. The top Republican on the panel says the discussions were not inappropriate, let alone impeachable.
President Trump says he's been too busy to watch the impeachment hearings, which he dismisses as a "scam." Trump is hosting the leader of Turkey at the White House and says he wants to expand trade between the two countries.
