Joe Biden's eldest granddaughter has tied the knot.

28-year-old Naomi Biden and her fiancé Peter Neal exchanged vows in a romantic wedding ceremony on Saturday morning.

Their big day was held on the South Lawn of the White House in front of approximately 250 of the couple's loved ones.

The aisle ran from inside the residence onto the lawn, and the White House was gorgeously decorated with wreaths, garlands and white flowers for the occasion.

Her and Peter's nuptials was historic, marking the first time a grandchild of a sitting President got married at the White House and the first wedding ever on the South Lawn, per "The Associated Press".

In a statement released by the White House, the President and First Lady Jill Biden said,

Naomi announced her engagement to Peter back in September 2021.
